The lord of the 10th house is Saturn or Shani which regulates our Karmas. It is the only house that decides how successful a person is in his career and achievements.

The person in whose horoscope Saturn is in the 1st  house and is in an auspicious position, then that person lives a life like a king. That is, his life remains full of luxury and equipped with leadership qualities.
